Please note that all sales are final. Returns will only be accepted for damaged ribbon. An RA form will be required for all damaged returns. If you are unsure about a color, please order a color chart or ribbon sample before purchasing a full roll.
You will receive a
confirmation and estimated ship date shortly after we receive your order and
your payment. We strive to ship all our packages with 24 to 48 hours after
payment has been received. All orders are shipped in the order they are
received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification
email with your delivery confirmation and/or tracking number. Packages are shipped via US Priority Mail or UPS Delivery Service.
We will gladly
ship to all US & Canada locations only.
The average shipping time for Priority Mail is 2 to 5 days.
UPS shipping time varies from State to State. Please see email confirmation from UPS.COM for estimated delivery date.
Any packages requiring Postal Drop off only (Military and APO) will be mailed on Friday.
